Presumption of Guilt item
Presumption of Guilt is an active item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While held
Upon entering a hostile room, marks all enemies as Guilty.
Guilty enemies take 75% more damage on the next hit, and then become not guilty.
Guilty enemies will have a 30% chance to receive a random Presumption upon taking damage:
• Flogging (40%) - Additionally takes 1.5 x DamageStat + 15 damage.
• Fine (20%) - Drops 1~3 random coins.
• Shooting (30%) - Isaac fires a spectral tear at that enemy and deals 200 damage.
• Pardon (10%) - Triggers a random 
Confessional payout (excluding an item reward).
On use
Grants a Guilty aura around Isaac that slows enemies and continuously marks them as Guilty.
